Who operates TurboFoot

YVB Apps operates TurboFoot (com.yohan.footel). This policy describes the current testing version and the TurboFoot pages on yvb.app. It does not imply that a public store release or hosted ranked service is available.

Information on your device

Career progress, squad choices, training, settings and local replays are stored on your device. Signing into an online account does not upload or back up your career. An export or share action sends content only to the destination you choose in the system sharing interface.

An online guest uses a random installation credential. Keep this credential private. Linking your guest account helps preserve access to your online profile if you change devices; it does not transfer local career saves. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local progress and access to an unlinked guest.

Accounts, friends and online matches

Microsoft PlayFab handles the TurboFoot online identity, public player name and friend code, saved friends and ranked records. You can start as a guest without an email address. Optional account linking provides PlayFab with a username, email address and password for sign-in and recovery. Email addresses are not displayed in the friends interface.

YVB forwards the guest provisioning request to the separate TurboFoot PlayFab title. The provisioning service does not save the guest credential or session in its own account database. It uses time-limited request counters with a daily keyed hash of the source IP address to reduce abuse; normal web-server access logs may also contain IP addresses and request details.

Unity Authentication, Lobby and Relay process their own player and room identifiers and network traffic for casual matches. Account linking in PlayFab does not merge these separate service identities. Online services process technical connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect their services.

Purchase testing and advertising

Ads and purchases are disabled in the current ordinary testing configuration. Separate, explicitly identified billing test builds may enable store billing or RevenueCat Test Store. The permanent Remove all ads forever product has been prepared, but its catalogue entry alone does not mean it is available for public purchase.

When a billing test is enabled, Apple or Google handles the transaction and RevenueCat processes purchase information and an app-user identifier to determine ownership and restoration. YVB does not receive your payment-card details. Store purchase records are separate from your game account. Restoring a purchase does not restore a local career or promise transfer between Apple and Google.

The project includes Unity LevelPlay and a Unity Ads adapter for planned interstitial ads. Public advertising activation requires an updated disclosure of the actual enabled services and applicable privacy choices. This policy does not describe advertising as already active.

Support and this website

When you submit the support form, YVB stores your message, selected category, optional name and reply email, submission time, IP address and browser user agent. App support submissions may also include app version, platform and diagnostic details you provide. We use these records to handle the request, reply and prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, private credentials or full payment details.

These pages use session and security cookies for form protection and response messages. Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive the technical information needed to serve those resources. The general YVB promotional script is not loaded on the TurboFoot product, privacy, terms or support pages.

Retention and deletion

Local game data stays on your device until you remove it. Online account records remain with the applicable services until they are deleted. Support records are kept to handle and follow up requests; you can request access, correction or deletion through YVB support. Limited records may need to be retained for security, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations.

Signing out, uninstalling or removing a friend does not delete your online account. The current testing app does not yet provide the complete in-app account-deletion flow. Contact YVB for a privacy request; a support reference means the request was received, not that an account has been deleted. Ownership and the affected service accounts must be verified before any deletion. The complete deletion flow must be available before public release.

Deleting a game account does not delete your Apple or Google account, automatically refund a purchase or remove records the store must retain. Local career data and the separate PlayFab, Unity and purchase-service records must be handled according to their own scope.

Security and updates

Online service requests use HTTPS and service credentials stay on the backend. Protect your device and do not share your guest credential or passwords. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact YVB if you believe an account has been accessed without permission or a child has provided information that should be removed.
