SquatsTok is a digital-wellbeing and fitness aid, not a medical service or guaranteed access-control system. Choose limits and exercises that are safe for you.
Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using SquatsTok, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. A parent or guardian must approve use by a minor where required.
What SquatsTok provides
SquatsTok lets you set a daily allowance for selected apps and complete a squat challenge to unlock additional time. On iOS it depends on Apple Screen Time frameworks; on Android it depends on an Accessibility service you enable. Operating-system controls, device state, force stop, uninstalling, permission changes, compatibility limits, and emergency or safety paths can prevent or end a block. SquatsTok is not parental-control, security, addiction-treatment, or guaranteed enforcement software.
Exercise and health safety
SquatsTok provides general movement prompts and automated repetition estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional training. Use a stable, clear area and choose a comfortable repetition count. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or instability. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before exercising if you have an injury, condition, pregnancy, or other concern. Do not use the app where movement or camera attention would be unsafe.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
The exact product, trial eligibility, local currency, price, billing period, and renewal terms displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before renewal. Deleting SquatsTok does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime product is a separate non-consumable purchase and does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Billing, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are subject to the applicable store terms and consumer law.
License, acceptable use, and third-party brands
YVB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SquatsTok for lawful personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, attack, automate, reverse engineer, or bypass the app or services except where applicable law expressly permits it. SquatsTok and its original content belong to YVB or its licensors.
TikTok and other app names or icons may be shown only so you can identify an app on your own device. SquatsTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Apple, Google, or the makers of apps you choose to limit. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue SquatsTok or a feature. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee that counting, blocking, purchases, or service access will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or compatible with every device. YVB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
